Health law for products and facilities in the food industry
- Analysis of disputes (complaints from professional clients or consumers, observation letters, reminders, formal notices, injunctions from the supervisory authorities), risk and damage assessment, analysis of insurance contracts, recommendation of solutions.
- Assisting companies in summons from supervisory authorities (DDPP, DGCCRF, DSV), and drafting responses to these authorities.
- Assistance in discussions with the supervisory authorities, and collaboration with the company’s experts and technical advisers to find a non-contentious outcome to the dispute (e.g. compliance plan, health control management plan (PMS) and monitoring of the plan).
- Assistance with the implementation of crisis management procedures (product recall procedure, suspension or cancellation of activity authorisation approvals).
- Action as plaintiff or defendant before the administrative authorities, administrative courts and criminal courts in emergency, summary proceedings, expertise or on the merits.

Law on facilities classified for the protection of the environment (ICPE)
- Analysis of disputes (complaints from neighbours, observation letters, reminders, formal notices, injunctions from the supervisory authorities), risk and damage assessment, analysis of insurance contracts, recommendation of solutions.
- Assisting companies in summons from supervisory authorities (DDPP, DREAL, water services, etc.), and drafting responses to these authorities.
- Assistance in discussions with the supervisory authorities, and collaboration with the company’s experts and technical consultants to find a non-contentious outcome to the dispute (plan to bring facilities into compliance, modification of work processes).
- Action as plaintiff or defendant before the administrative authorities, administrative courts and criminal courts in emergency, summary proceedings, expertise or on the merits.

- Hierarchical appeals and appeals to the administrative courts to challenge administrative decisions (formal notice, order to suspend the activity, order to cancel approval, order to withdraw products).
- Hierarchical appeals and appeals to administrative courts against compliance orders issued by administrative supervisory authorities.
- Defence before the criminal courts and judicial courts against neighbourhood complaints for nuisances linked to the activity (noise, vibrations, odours, water, air and soil pollution).
