History
Late 2013, early 2014
Gérald POCHON and Arnaud COCHERIL, members of the Saint-Etienne Bar, brought their respective clientele to the firm LEX-PART AVOCATS they created as partners.
The two founders have worked together for more than 20 years, after having been partners in a previous law firm in Lyon.
They share the same values and have the same vision of their profession.
January 1, 2014
Olivier DUBOST, who had worked with Gérald POCHON in another law firm, joined LEX-PART AVOCATS.
January 1, 2017
Olivier DUBOST became a partner and co-manager of LEX-PART AVOCATS.
2018
Opening of a secondary office in Le Puy-en-Velay.
End of 2020
LEX-PART AVOCATS was transformed into an inter-bar structure with the creation of an establishment in Lyon in order to provide a local service to its growing Lyon clientele.
October 2021
In order to meet the new challenges and needs of its clients, our firm created its IT/Data department, dedicated to digital, IT and data law, in both advisory and litigation matters. Romain DE ZAN, Lawyer & DPO, will head this department.
April 25, 2022
Anne-Sophie LARDON BOYER is a new partner in LEX-PART AVOCATS, of which she becomes co-manager, with the aim of developing the firm’s activity, providing complementary skills and strengthening the firm’s labour law team.
December 1st, 2023
In response to growing client demand in western France, our firm has opened a secondary office at the Nantes Bar in Saint-Herblain. This office specializes in new technology law.
June 26th, 2024
Our secondary office in Saint Herblain becomes a secondary establishment at the Nantes Bar.
July 1st, 2024
Remain DE ZAN and Marie DAN become our new partners. Romain DE ZAN will continue to manage the IT/Data department and develop the firm in Western France. Marie DAN strengthens the team of lawyers in the Saint-Etienne employment law department.
